So let's just update y'folks on what's going on. I moved to America, got a husband, a Mac, and a green card. (In that order). I'm currently between jobs and haven't been drawing much. Actually getting proper lighting in the study has helped a lot. That's about it, I guess.

I've been hired to draw art for a Postmortem Games title. I can't tell you what it's about or post art here as I'm under a nondisclosure agreement. Suffice it to say I'm having a blast creating. The only issue is - my back has been seizing up with alarming regularity, slowing the progress on my work and pissing me off muchly. My kingdom for a decent chair. - Mel

of the last post I made - I wound up trying a new job, but it didn't work out. My manager was expecting me to handle cash drops with no training at all, and I got the distinct feel that I'd been set up to take a fall - so I left. The tiredness was the fallout from my job/resignation issues. I was highly stressed, and depressed, and needed to hit my Xanax a lot more than normal (I hardly need anything besides my Faverin most of the time) so I was in a pretty bad way. I'm pretty much better, now, but - you know what? Gonna go draw more. - Mel
